We are excited to let you know that Hollyberry Catering Company has agreed to provide hot lunch for us beginning on Wednesday, November 2nd!

About:  Hollyberry utilizes the Gordon Food Service School Lunch program that includes detailed information about nutritional guidelines, portioning and allergen information.  All Hollyberry employees are culinary trained, and their kitchen is located at Westminster Christian Academy.

Mission:  Through Campus Cuisine, Hollyberry Catering brings its commitment to healthy eating to the students of Covenant by offering nutritious, reasonably priced meals on a daily basis.  Holly Cunningham, a 1991 graduate of Westminster Christian Academy, owns Hollyberry Catering and has a life-long passion for healthy food choices.

Awards:  Hollyberry Catering was named best caterer by Sauce Magazine readers in both 2009, 2010, and 2011, and was one of the first caterers in the area to specialize in “small plates”.  Hollyberry’s menu items have been featured as The Rachael Ray Show’s “Snack of the Day,” highlighted in Paula Deen’s 2009 Holiday Baking collectors’ edition and named “Best Cookies” by St. Louis Magazine.

As you take a look at the attached menu, please note that hot lunch will now be offered on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.  The cost for each hot lunch is $4.25 and includes 1% white milk.
